Why I Built Velox
I spent years as an operator across marketing, logistics, and sports โ building the systems that kept operations moving, diagnosing why processes broke down, and watching the same problem repeat itself everywhere I worked: smart, capable teams drowning in work that machines should be doing. Follow-up emails sent by hand. Reports rebuilt from scratch every Friday โ same spreadsheet, same copy-paste, same hour nobody had. Onboarding that started from zero every single time because there was no system, just a shared doc and a prayer.
When AI and automation tools became powerful enough to actually fix these problems โ not just promise to โ I started building. Not because I was a developer, but because I understood the ops side deeply. I knew exactly which workflows were killing growth, and I knew what the fix looked like before I wrote a single line of automation.
"The businesses that will win the next decade aren't the ones with the most talent. They're the ones that figured out how to stop wasting it on work machines can do."
Velox is the agency I wish existed when I was building ops systems by hand. Operator-led. Results-first. No jargon. We build the systems, you run the business.
